Volleyball Recap: Baldwin Takes a Loss

Baldwin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chanute Blue Comets. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-9.

Baldwin's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18-2. As for Chanute, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 31-1.

Baldwin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Arkansas City on the 11th. As for Chanute, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Buhler on the 11th.
