Soccer Recap: Lake Taylor Takes a Loss

Lake Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the King's Fork Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against King's Fork this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 last Friday.

Lake Taylor's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for King's Fork, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Lake Taylor will host Churchland at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for King's Fork, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Manor at 6:30 p.m. on the 11th.
