Heide Trask was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Pender on Tuesday. The Titans put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 14-8 win. The victory continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won seven in a row.

Dava Bullard spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and six unearned) runs on six hits.

On the hitting side, Trinitee Odom was a standout: she went 1-for-3 with three runs and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Hall, who went 2-for-3 with three runs.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Heide Trask kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are 8-2 when they post 11 or more hits.

Heide Trask's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Pender, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-7.

Heide Trask will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Patriots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
