Volleyball Recap: Harmony's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Harmony came tearing into Monday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Liberty Chargers 3-0. The Longhorns have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chargers, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18, 25-8.

Sylus Cory paced Harmony's offense, picking up ten kills. Cory got some help from Jameson Benken and his 27 assists. Benken was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Harmony pushed their record up to 10-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Liberty, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Harmony didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against St. Cloud on the 8th. As for Liberty, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Gateway on the 8th.
