Jonesville came into Saturday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They won by a set and slipped past the Hillsdale Hornets 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in September.

Morgan Wood paced Jonesville's offense, picking up eight kills. Wood got some help from Olivia Babcock and her 18 assists. Olivia Tyler and Amelia Trine kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

The win got Jonesville back to even at 14-14-1. As for Hillsdale, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-20.

Jonesville has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Pennfield on the 11th. As for Hillsdale, they will challenge Blissfield at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
