Baseball Game Preview: Central Bucks West Bucks vs. Pennridge Rams

For the second straight game, Central Bucks West will face off against Pennridge. The Bucks will welcome the Rams at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The last three games Central Bucks West has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, Central Bucks West didn't have quite enough to beat Pennridge and fell 5-4.

For Pennridge's part, Connor Murray made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Murray was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Zach Swanson was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Brayden Robinson, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

With the win, Pennridge broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-3. As for Central Bucks West, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2.
