Landon Stancil Delivers Best Effort of Season
Landon Stancil produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Strong Rock Christian to the win on Friday. Stancil picked up 159 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 94 yards.
Strong Rock Christian moved to 4-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. Stancil and Strong Rock Christian will look to defend their home field on Friday against Brookstone at 7:30 p.m.
