Basketball Recap: Terrell Takes a Loss

Terrell's tournament run continued when they took on Covenant Classical on Saturday. The Terrell Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 61-60 to the Covenant Classical Cavaliers.

Terrell has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season. As for Covenant Classical, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.

Terrell will host Gateway Charter Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Terrell is facing Gateway Charter Academy at the right time seeing as Gateway Charter Academy is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Covenant Classical, they will head out to square off against Fort Worth THESA at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Fort Worth THESA will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Covenant Classical surely won't give up without a fight.
