Soccer Game Recap: Capital vs. Aberdeen

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Union, the Capital Cougars were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They never let Aberdeen onto the board and left with a 2-0 win.

Capital was led to victory by the tag-team duo of Tanner Fricke and Emiliano Palma Perales, who scored both of Capital's goals. Those were goals were season-firsts for both players.

The victory got Capital back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Capital will challenge Central Kitsap at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Aberdeen, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Prairie at 6:00 p.m. on April 9th.
