Preview: Columbia vs. St. John-Endicott
St. John-Endicott and Columbia are set to face off this Friday at 7:00 PM. This will be the second home game in a row for St. John-Endicott.
St. John-Endicott has to be hurting after a devastating 58 - 26 defeat at the hands of Selkirk last game.
As for Columbia, last game was the first rocky defensive outing for it this year. It was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last week as it fell 38 - 32 to Republic. The team got a solid performance out of senior Daniel Wines (he picked up 151 yards on the ground); unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.
After their losses, Columbia dropped to 2-1 and St. John-Endicott dropped to 0-1. We'll see which team manages to turn its luck around when they battle it out this week.
