Jacob Monroe Delivers Electric Effort Vs Laney

Starting off the list is New Hanover's Jacob Monroe, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Monroe rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 171 yards and two touchdowns. Those 89 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
