Soccer Game Preview: Franklin vs. O'Dea

The Franklin Quakers will challenge the O'Dea Fighting Irish at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Franklin lost 8-1 to Lincoln on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for O'Dea's offense. They came up short against West Seattle on Tuesday, falling 7-0. O'Dea have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

O'Dea's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Franklin, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Franklin might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from O'Dea when the teams last played back in April of 2022. Can the Quakers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
