Duarte is 9-1 against Workman since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Falcons will venture away from home to challenge the Lobos at 3:30 p.m. Duarte will be strutting in after a victory while Workman will be coming in after a defeat.

On Wednesday, Duarte earned a 4-2 win over Flintridge Prep. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Duarte.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Workman's offense. They lost 10-0 to Eisenhower on Wednesday.

Workman's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Duarte, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Duarte took their win against Workman when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 4-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
