Soccer Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Sycamore's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Sycamore walked away with it. They never let the Harvard Hornets get on the board and left with a 4-0 win on Tuesday. Sycamore might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Harvard with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Hailey Clawson, Lizzie Goff, Izzie Segreti, and Peyton Wright.

Sycamore has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those eight contests. As for Harvard, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6-3.

As of now, neither Sycamore nor the Hornets have any future games scheduled.
