North Greene can bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Routt Catholic Rockets by a score of 8-4. That's more bragging rights for the Spartans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Brooklyn Sharrow was excellent, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. Brandy Davidson was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

North Greene's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Routt Catholic, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
