Volleyball Recap: Paloma Valley Gets the Win

Paloma Valley had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Fontana Steelers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Bethany Lowe paced Paloma Valley's offense, picking up eight kills. Lowe were helped by Abigail Johnston and Sophia Stoyer, who contributed ten assists each. Lauren Kendall controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Paloma Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Patriot on the 9th. As for Fontana, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Silverado on the 9th.
