Baseball Game Preview: Bow Falcons vs. ConVal Cougars

The Bow Falcons will take on the ConVal Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Bow is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Bow managed to slip by Kingswood the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 8-2 to the Knights on Friday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for ConVal, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Coe-Brown Academy on Friday, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted since May 21, 2025.

ConVal's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-7. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Bow, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Bow got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in May of 2025 against ConVal by a conclusive 11-0 score. Do the Falcons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
