After flying high against Gulf Pointe Latin last Monday, East Hill Christian came back down to earth. The East Hill Christian Eagles suffered a rough 20-5 loss at the hands of Santa Rosa Christian on Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for East Hill Christian in their matchups with Santa Rosa Christian: they've now lost five in a row.
Ethan Lujan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Zach McDaniel, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all two of his plate appearances.
