Basketball Recap: Thomas-Fay-Custer Takes a Loss

After flying high against Binger-Oney on Friday, Thomas-Fay-Custer came back down to earth. The Thomas-Fay-Custer Terriers lost 42-18 to the Mooreland Bearcats on Saturday. The contest marked the Terriers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Thomas-Fay-Custer dropped their record down to 9-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Mooreland, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thomas-Fay-Custer will head out to take on Hydro-Eakly at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mooreland, they will take on Leedey at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Leedey will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Mooreland surely won't give up without a fight.
