Basketball Recap: Sidney Comes Up Short

Sidney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 65-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Delaware Academy Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Team of the 68-38 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Sidney's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Delaware Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Sidney will be home for the holidays to greet Unatego at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Delaware Academy will take on Walton in a holiday battle at at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
