Northwest Catholic came tearing into Sunday's contest with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23.8 points), and they left with even more momentum. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over the East Catholic Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-57 back in January.

Northwest Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 22-2. As for East Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-6.
