Softball Recap: Oakland's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Oakland entered their tilt with Bandon/Pacific on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They beat the Tigers by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 9-4. The Oakers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

Oakland's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Bandon/Pacific, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.

Oakland didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-4 victory against Lowell on the 30th. Bandon/Pacific has also already played their next contest (against Gold Beach), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
