Volleyball Game Preview: Enderlin Eagles vs. Richland Colts

After both having extra time off, the Enderlin Eagles and the Richland Colts will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Richland took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Enderlin, who comes in off a win.

Enderlin will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating LaMoure/Litchville-Marion, who they had gone 0-6 against in their six prior meetings. The Eagles came out on top against the Loboes by a score of 3-1 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Richland entered their matchup against Hankinson on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Colts fell just short of the Pirates by a score of 3-2.

Richland's defeat dropped their record down to 12-4-1. As for Enderlin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-11-4 record this season.

Enderlin suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Richland in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Eagles avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
