It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Orange Grove can now relate to. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thrall Tigers on Wednesday. The Bulldogs' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Eliazar Arias spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

Orange Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 22-11-1. As for Thrall, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 38-6-1.

While Orange Grove had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
