Basketball Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Broken Bow Indians and fell 60-26. While losing is never fun, the Minutemen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 239th, while the Indians are ranked 53rd).

Lexington's loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Broken Bow, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Lexington has already played their next game (against Grand Island Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Broken Bow has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Ogallala.
