Soccer Game Preview: Oxford vs. Lewisburg + Official Tickets

The Oxford Chargers will face off against the Lewisburg Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Lewisburg better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if Oxford's game on Thursday is any indication, that's when Oxford really gets things going. The Chargers' defense stepped up to hand Lafayette a 3-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Lewisburg had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Tigers as they made off with a 4-1 win. Lewisburg might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by three goals or more this season.
