Basketball Recap: Denmark Takes a Loss

Denmark and Omro squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Denmark had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Omro Foxes by a score of 52-50. While losing is never fun, the Vikings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 217th, while the Foxes are ranked 102nd).

Denmark is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-9. As for Omro, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-6.

As of now, neither Denmark nor Omro have any future games scheduled.
