Cox Mill came out on top against A.L. Brown on Tuesday thanks in part to John Ingle's efforts. Ingle didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over 4.2 innings pitched, which was good enough to set a new career-high in strikeouts.

Ingle's strong effort led Cox Mill over A.L. Brown and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Cox Mill is 9-1 against A.L. Brown going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
