Volleyball Recap: de Toledo Comes Up Short

If De Toledo was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jaguars came up short against the Oakwood Owls on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Jaguars haven't had much luck with the Owls recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

De Toledo's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Oakwood, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. De Toledo will welcome Milken at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oakwood, they will square off against AGBU at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
