Baseball Recap: Four Straight Road Wins for Tolman

Tolman barely beat Wheeler the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers blew past the Warriors 12-5 on Saturday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Tigers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Tolman pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Wheeler, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6-1 record this season.

Tolman will be playing in front of their home fans against Times Squared Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Wheeler, they will head out on the road to take on Concord Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
