The Hanover-Horton Comets won the last time they faced the Columbia Central Golden Eagles, and things went their way on Monday too. Hanover-Horton took down Columbia Central 59-42. The win made it back-to-back wins for Hanover-Horton.
Hanover-Horton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luke Soper, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds. Soper hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games. Logan Blackledge was another key contributor, scoring 19 points.
Hanover-Horton is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Columbia Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.
