Volleyball Recap: Royal Takes a Loss

Royal lost against Thousand Oaks back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Highlanders lost 3-0 to the Lancers.

While Royal was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 25-16.

Royal's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Thousand Oaks, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Royal will square off against Dos Pueblos at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Highlanders are facing the Chargers at the right time seeing as the Chargers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Thousand Oaks, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Campbell Hall at 6:30 p.m.
