Bradley won the last time they faced Hermitage and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bears blew past the Hermits 7-1. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Bradley pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Hermitage, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Bradley will challenge rival Columbia Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hermitage is set to face off against their familiar foe Taylor at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
