Baseball Recap: Chinle Comes Up Short

While it was Chinle who put the first runs on the board on Friday, it was Benjamin Franklin who put up more. The Wildcats took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chargers. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chinle's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Benjamin Franklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Chinle will challenge Tuba City at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Benjamin Franklin, they will be taking part in a tournament against Thatcher at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
