Volleyball Recap: Boyd County Comes Up Short

After flying high against Raceland on Thursday, Boyd County came back down to earth. The Lions lost 3-0 to the Greenup County Musketeers on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with the Musketeers: they've now lost four in a row.

Boyd County now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Greenup County, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 18-7.

Looking ahead, Boyd County will face off against Blazer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenup County, they will square off against Fairview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
