Basketball Recap: Parkrose Takes a Loss

Parkrose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. The contest between them and the Hillsboro Spartans didn't end well, with the Parkrose Broncos falling 40-23. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Broncos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 55-23 back in January.

Parkrose's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Hillsboro, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

While Parkrose had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
