Basketball Recap: Hawthorne Christian Comes Up Short

Hawthorne Christian played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 46-23 to Trinity Christian. The loss leaves the Defenders without a win on the season.

Trinity Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryan Khan, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds. Khan is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Judah Rogers, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 boards.
