Volleyball Recap: Memorial Has No Trouble Against the Colony + How To Watch

Memorial won the last time they faced The Colony and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Memorial was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-6, 25-13.

Julianna (Jules) Hernandez had a dynamite game, getting 14 digs and five aces. Those five aces gave her a new career-high. Megan Rogers also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Memorial was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Memorial's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for The Colony, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
