Soccer Recap: St. Teresa Falls Short of Williamsville in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Teresa can now relate to. They came up short against the Williamsville Bullets on Friday, falling 11-0. While losing is never fun, St. Teresa can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 341st, while Williamsville are ranked 71st).

St. Teresa's loss dropped their record down to 6-10-1. As for Williamsville, their victory bumped their record up to 20-5.

St. Teresa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Williamsville, they will square off against St. Thomas More at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Williamsville are facing St. Thomas More at the right time seeing as St. Thomas More are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
