Basketball Recap: Okeene Takes a Loss

Okeene lost against Laverne back in February of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Okeene Whippets took a hard 43-26 fall against the Laverne Tigers. The Whippets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Okeene's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Laverne, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.

Okeene and Waukomis will compete for holiday cheer at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Waukomis will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Okeene surely won't give up without a fight. Laverne will take on Shattuck in a holiday battle at at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
