Basketball Recap: Northside Comes Up Short

Northside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 66-31 loss at the hands of the Warner Robins Demons. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 269th, while the Demons are ranked 11th).

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Warner Robins, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 16-0.

Northside will face off against Peach County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Warner Robins, they will take on Perry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Warner Robins knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Perry likes a good challenge.
