The Douglass Red Devils put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by KIPP Collegiate on the road to the tune of 94-39. Douglass has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 24 contests by 20 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Taquez Butler, who scored 24 points. Terrence Holly was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Douglass' victory bumped their record up to 30-0. As for KIPP Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 9-18.
Douglass will face off against Memphis Business Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Douglass knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 30 contests -- so hopefully Memphis Business Academy likes a good challenge.
