Football Game Preview: Union Local Jets vs. Cambridge Bobcats

Union Local is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Friday. They are taking a road trip to challenge the Cambridge Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Union Local will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Friday, Union Local didn't have too much trouble with Beaver Local as they won 33-14.

Meanwhile, Cambridge fell victim to East Liverpool and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Potters 34-0. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Bobcats were not able to get on the board.

Cambridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Union Local, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Union Local against Cambridge when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 48-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Jets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
