Columbia has gone 8-2 against Salem recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Columbia Eagles will challenge the Salem Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Columbia will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Columbia earned a 50-39 win over Waterloo.

Brody Landgraf continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 17 points. Another player making a difference was Eddie Smajic, who posted 11 points.

Meanwhile, Salem ended up a good deal behind Wesclin on Tuesday and lost 73-54. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Columbia pushed their record up to 18-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 37.2 points. As for Salem, their loss dropped their record down to 5-17.

Everything came up roses for Columbia against Salem in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 62-30 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Columbia since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
