Belmont is a perfect 6-0 against Biggersville since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Cardinals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lions at 6:30 p.m. Belmont has now lost nine straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 7.

Belmont's last matchup with Booneville could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Cardinals lost 14-0 to the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Biggersville took on Baldwyn on Thursday. The Lions blew past the Bearcats 11-2. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by nine runs or more this season.

Belmont's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Biggersville, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.

Belmont took their win against Biggersville when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 10-0 score. Will the Cardinals repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
