Baseball Recap: Randolph Triumphs

Randolph was forced to take a big defeat against they on Tuesday, they got the better of them on Thursday. They walked away with a 7-4 victory over the Rio Vikings. This was a revenge game for the Rockets: when they faced off against the Vikings on Tuesday, they had to take a 18-8 loss.

Randolph's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Rio, their defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Randolph will venture away from home to face off against Central Wisconsin Christian at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rio, they will head out to square off against Montello at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
