Jasper is a perfect 10-0 against Vincennes Lincoln since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will look to defend their home field against the Alices at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Jasper's favor as the team sits on ten straight wins at home while Vincennes Lincoln has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.

Jasper took a eight-run loss the last time they faced off against Gibson Southern, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats never let the Titans get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Monday.

Meanwhile, Vincennes Lincoln fell victim to Sullivan and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Arrows.

Vincennes Lincoln saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Johnson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Jasper has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Vincennes Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-6.

Jasper beat Vincennes Lincoln 5-2 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Alices have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
