Greenville waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with 14 straight wins... but they left with 15. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sidney Yellowjackets a 12-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Green Wave, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Greenville pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Sidney, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Greenville will host Butler at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sidney, they are taking a road trip to square off against Fairborn at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
