Basketball Recap: American Sign Language & English Takes a Loss

American Sign Language & English won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They came up short against the Baruch College Blue Devils Bearcats, falling 74-54. The defeat continues a trend for American Sign Language & English in their matchups with Baruch College: they've now lost four in a row.

American Sign Language & English's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5. As for Baruch College, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

American Sign Language & English and Baruch College should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New York Rankings. American Sign Language & English will square off against Manhattan Village Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday up 444 places (384 vs. 828). Similarly, Baruch College (ranked 273rd) will meet School of the Future (ranked 690th) at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
