Pine Bluffs extended their postseason success on Friday against Sundance. They enjoyed a cozy 56-40 win over the Sundance Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-31 back in January.

Jaylin Mills and Hailey Karol certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Mills almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine boards, while Karol posted 11 points and eight rebounds. The match was Mills' fifth in a row with at least 18 points.

Pine Bluffs has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for Sundance and nudges their season record down to 14-9.

Coming up, Pine Bluffs will face off against Wyoming Indian on Thursday. As for Sundance, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-55 defeat against Wright on the 28th.
